Welcome! Congratulations on taking first steps toward finding a therapist. It takes tremendous courage to reach out for help. Whether you are concerned about anxiety, addiction, hopelessness, grief or simply wanting to maximize your potential therapy can help. Therapy is a safe place to look for solutions, develop new perspectives and to find your creative energy. As a clinical psychologist I offer a range of services so that you can find what works for you. We work together in a comfortable private setting, either in person or online. Together we can increase your happiness, decrease anxiety and depression, and change unhelpful habits. I look forward to meeting you. Set up a consult; great things are ahead!

This is a concierge practice. You are given direct contact information and encouraged to reach out anytime. Dr. Roberts responds to all contacts promptly and personally. Phone calls and emails are returned within 24 hours. If it is urgent that we speak, call leave a message, hang up. Call back, leave a second message and hang up. If I see that you have called twice I will interrupt what I am doing to contact you.

Sometimes just a few sessions can guide you on a new path. At other times you may wish to participate in a longer therapy process.

I applaud your initiative. It takes strength to be vulnerable.
